Some Little EQ settings that may be useful.
Default is used to reset Little EQ to its default values. If you want to start from scratch, just press it.
Clean & Clear shows how the equalizer works. The gain frequency avoids the low-mid, similar to lowering their volume. The range affected by the equalizer, known as the EQ curve, is smooth, and the gain is small, creating a natural effect.
The equalizer enhances clarity while the saturation makes it thicker. Turning off saturation shows the difference. Adjusting the input gain affects the sound. Raising it while lowering the output gain increases the saturation impact without affecting the overall volume.
When the input volume is too high, the sound becomes distorted, similar to overloading a hardware processor. Although it is referred to as dirty and distorted, the sound remains clear, making softer sounds sharper and helping them stand out.
This preset is ideal for vocal tracks. It applies a high-pass filter to cut low frequencies that often clutter the mix, allowing other instruments more space. The equalizer reduces lows and boosts highs for brighter vocals while saturation adds thickness and softens harshness.
